Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were full of character and much nicer than typical chain hotel rooms, with large ensuites and a great breakfast. However, some areas are starting to look tired and could use some TLC. The service was incredibly friendly and warm, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but unfortunately, there were instances of poor communication and unresponsiveness. The location, while convenient for exploring the town center and nearby attractions, had some drawbacks like rooms feeling hot and claustrophobic at times. The dining experience, although marvellous with good coffee and local products, had occasional lapses in detail. Overall, a recommended stay with some minor room for improvement.

The hotel is full of character, offering everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing, but the room felt cold upon arrival late in the evening. The staff were attentive and even went out of their way to prepare a special off-menu dish for us. The location is very good for exploring nearby attractions, although there was some traffic noise.
